Our Solutions

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Transformation

Practical DEI solutions that directly support your talent and business strategies.

Talent Representation

Baseline

Our Diversity Explorer tool visualizes how talent moves in, up, and out of the organization.

This proprietary tool creates a baseline of the diversity of your workforce, including “alternate scenarios” to quickly model the impact of changes to develop realistic goal setting.

Organizational Readiness

Assessment

Leveraging virtual focus groups, we evaluate the current state of readiness of your employees, leaders, people managers and human resources for DEI transformation.

Artificial intelligence saves weeks of analysis and provides immediate insights and in-the-moment analysis, to crowdsource ideas and solutions.

Human Capital Practices

Review

Evaluation of talent practices to uncover hidden bias and determine if you have the systems, policies and programs to support and sustain an effective DEI plan.

Includes a review of the current resources deployed or available to create extended learning experiences that will reinforce the desired inclusive behaviors.

Practical Solutions

Roadmap

Practical recommendations and suggested KPIs that are co-created with your leaders and tied to very clear business and talent impacts.

These solutions will directly address any gaps in employee experience or the under representation of any demographic group.
