Virtual Focus Groups

A virtual focus group is a live conversation with hundreds of people, simultaneously. Artificial intelligence organizes and analyzes responses, allowing observers to understand what participants say in real-time. As a result, leaders can make confident business decisions with faster, richer insights, and participants can visibly see their leaders receiving input and feedback.

Psychologically safe environment, to spark real and lasting change

Conversations that uncover what’s on the minds of participants

In-the-moment analysis to crowdsource ideas and solutions

Qualitative Insights at a Quantitative Scale

Saves weeks of analysis and provides immediate results to your business leaders

Immediate Insights

Segmentation capabilities allow immediate prioritization of concepts, thoughts, and opinions. In addition, focus group hosts can pivot based on feedback, adding or removing questions during the live session.

Innovative Experience

A participant reacts to the sentiments of others, which provides insights beyond what can be captured with traditional polling or focus group methods. In addition, participants receive real-time feedback on their ideas, encouraging more engagement and excitement.

Identify Gaps in Experience

At the start of the session, participants can voluntarily share various dimensions of identity to reveal any unique experiences by demographic group, department, tenure, location, and other company segments.

Ideas don’t come in 1-10

Likert scales can’t capture the deep feedback you need to take action. Participants share, in their own words, what they need to be more productive. Remesh analyzes and segments open-ended comments - all in real-time.
