Our Diversity Explorer tool describes how talent moves in and out of the organization, along with promotion and development rates. This proprietary tool creates a baseline of your workforce projections and calculates future representation assuming movement rates stay constant.
We have the capability to easily filter on department, location, or any dimension of corporate identity that is provided.
Leveraging the “alternate scenario” feature you can easily model the impact of changes in hiring, promotion and retention to the future diversity representation of an organization
Creates powerful workforce maps and projections that will reveal the moment in which systemic or individual bias might be occurring
Customized filtering allows for regional and department level reporting that drives shared accountability with detailed action plans for each business leader
Highlights demographic groups that are under represented, in order to bring focused actions at the right time in the right place
